What is your favourite sport to play or watch?
I am a student at St Francis of Assisi Catholic School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Fun Cricket
This term I have been playing cricket for the Aces. We have only played two games. Miss Judd has been our coach. There are 10 people in my team. Me and Elsha are the only girls because you at least have to have 2 girls. My favourite thing to do is batting. On Tuesday we had our last game versing St Albans . We lost by 17 runs. But we all played well and got lots of runs. Lincoln, Max and Noah got catches which was great. Then we had to walk back watch wasn't that bad but it was hot.
Korfball
Last Thursday we had our second rotation of summer sport. The sports we have been doing are Cricket, Lawn bowls and Korfball. For my second rotation I did Korfball. There we these hoops that were yellow and they had no net and no backboard. To start off we just played with no rules. And the every 5 minutes the guy added a rule in. We did this so we wouldn't be told all the rules at once. Some of the rules were no stepping and no bouncing. The hardest rule was if there was someone defending you couldn't shot or it would be the other teams ball. There were attackers and defenders. Every 2 goals you had to switch positions. Today we have our second rotation of Korfball. I'm so exited because it's a fun game to play.
Have you ever played Korfball?

Lawn bowls
On the 7th of November we had our 1st rotation of summer sport. The sports we are doing are Cricket, Lawn bowls and Korfball. For my first rotation I did Lawn bowls. We only did skills because if we played we would have to go to a club. First we split into teams and did a mini game in a circle. There were 2 two teams. Each team member had a ball. Purple or Green. There were 3 hoops in the middle. The team that went first had to try roll there balls into the hoops. Lets say they got in the 3. The next team would have to try knock the balls out of the hoop. After a couple rounds of that we moved in to groups of 2 or 3 and played mini games. The games made it so you could score points. If you wanted your team could keep track of points. My team only had 270 points at the end. It was way more fun than I though it would be.
