Have you ever used this strategy?
I am a student at St Francis of Assisi Catholic School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post

Kia ora Bethany,
ReplyDeleteWhat a very clear math example. I like the way you have set it out. I found the decimal example easy to follow. I wasn't quite sure how the equations of your thousands question matched the place value frame but maybe that is more to do with my math understanding than your sharing ability. I can see how the place value frames make it much easier to work out problems though, so ka pai.
Thanks for sharing,
